General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement (hereinafter – the "Agreement") is regulated by license ALSI-202503005-FI1 of the government of Anjouan and operates under the general license Anjouan Internet Gaming License Validation as an information service provider by Elsikora Group Limitada, registered at Bufete Sanchez Chavarria, Costado Este de la Municipalidad de Garabito, Jaco, Puntarenas, 61101, Costa Rica, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer", and addresses any individual wishing to receive services on the specified website (hereinafter – the "Participant").

1.2. The Organizer and the Party recognize the procedure and form of concluding this agreement as legally equivalent to an agreement in written form.

1.3. The terms of this agreement are accepted by the parties in full and without reservations, by joining the agreement in the manner established on the Organizer's website.

Terms and Definitions

2.1. The purpose of this Agreement is to provide the participant with leisure and entertainment services in the Organizer's game in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. 2.3. The participant agrees that they personally bear responsibility for all actions carried out with gaming equipment: purchase, sale, deposit and withdrawal, as well as gaming actions on the gaming platform: creation, purchase-sale, operations with all game elements and other game attributes and objects used for the gaming process.

2.4. The participant acknowledges that the degree and possibility of participation in entertainment on the game server are the main qualities of the services provided to them.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1 Rights and obligations of the participant.

3.1.1. Only persons who have reached civil capacity under the laws of their country of residence may participate in the Organizer's game. All consequences of non-compliance with this condition are imposed on the participant.

3.1.2. The degree and procedure of participation in the game are determined by the participant themselves but cannot contradict this Agreement and the rules of the gaming platform.

3.1.2.1. Truthfully provide information about themselves during registration and, at the first request of the Organizer, provide reliable information about their identity to identify them as the owner of the game account;

3.1.2.2. Not use undocumented features (bugs) and errors of the game software and immediately report them to the Organizer, as well as about persons using these errors;

3.1.2.3. Not use any external programs to gain game advantages;

3.1.2.4. Not use the referral link to register multiple accounts in order to receive returns from bets. A participant who is noticed will be blocked, and funds on the balance will be written off for violation;

3.1.2.5. not advertise their partner link, as well as a resource containing it, through mailings or other types of messages to persons who have not expressed consent to receive them (spam) without consent;

3.1.2.6. cannot restrict access of other participants or other persons to the Game, must treat game participants, as well as the Organizer, its partners and employees with respect and courtesy, and not interfere with the work of the latter;

3.1.2.7. not deceive the Organizer and game participants;

3.1.2.8. not use profanity and insults in any form;

3.1.2.9. not slander the actions of other players and the Administration;

3.1.2.10. not threaten violence or physical death to anyone;

3.1.2.11. not distribute materials promoting rejection or hatred towards any race, religion, culture, nation, people, language, politics, state, ideology or social movement;

3.1.2.12. not advertise pornography, drugs or resources containing such information;

3.1.2.13. not use actions, terminology or jargon to hide violations of participant obligations;

3.1.2.14. take care of necessary computer and other security measures, keep secret and not transfer to another person or other participant identification data: login, account password, etc., prevent unauthorized access to the email address specified in the participant's account profile. All risks of negative consequences of disclosure of this data are borne by the participant, as the participant agrees that the information security system of the gaming platform excludes the transfer of login, password and account identification information to third parties;

3.1.2.15. bear personal responsibility for conducting their financial operations and transactions, the Organizer is not responsible for financial interactions between players when transferring gaming equipment and game currency, as well as other game attributes.

3.1.2.16. notify the Organizer in writing through the support page first about their claims and complaints.

3.1.2.17. regularly familiarize themselves with game news, as well as changes to this Agreement and game rules on the gaming platform.

3.1.2.18. not create additional accounts (multiple accounts). Such actions will result in account blocking or balance nullification.

3.1.2.19. Sale/transfer of accounts is prohibited

3.1.2.20. Groups of persons "colluding" for the benefit of participants/non-colluders are prohibited

3.1.2.21. "Collusion" - also known as cartel conspiracy, criminal conspiracy, cooperation. This term defines a group of persons who through cooperation try to gain advantage on the site. If detected, all participants face blocking and nullification, possible punishment imposed by administration.

3.1.2.22. Use funds received from the affiliate program only for direct withdrawal to your account.

Rights and Obligations of the Organizer

4.1.1. The Organizer is obliged to:

4.1.1.1. Provide free access to the gaming platform and participation in the game. The participant pays for Internet access at their own expense and bears other expenses associated with this action.

4.1.1.2. Keep records of gaming inventory on the participant's game account.

4.1.1.4. Maintain confidentiality regarding the participant's personal data in accordance with clause 6 of this agreement.

4.1.1.5. User payments may be restricted by administration at their discretion.

4.1.1.6. Any person legally owning gaming equipment is paid a monetary amount at the exchange rate, minus the cost of conducting the operation.

4.1.2. The Organizer has the right to:

4.1.2.2. Provide additional services to the participant, the list of which, as well as conditions and procedure for use are determined by this agreement, rules of the gaming platform and other announcements of the Organizer. At the same time, the Organizer has the right to change at any time the quantity and volume of paid services offered, their cost, name, type and effect of use.

4.1.2.3. Suspend the operation of this Agreement and disconnect the participant from the game for the duration of an investigation on suspicion of the participant violating this Agreement and the Rules of the gaming platform.

4.1.2.4. exclude the participant from the game if they find that the participant has violated this agreement or the rules established on the game site, in accordance with clause 5.10 of this agreement.

4.1.2.5. Partially or completely interrupt the provision of services without warning the participant during reconstruction, repair and maintenance work on the site.

4.1.2.6. The Organizer is not responsible for failures in the operation of the game software. The participant uses the software "AS IS". If the organizer determines that during the game there was a failure (error), the results obtained during the software failure can be canceled or adjusted at the discretion of the organizer. The participant agrees not to address the organizer regarding the quality, quantity, order and timing of their gaming capabilities and services.

Guarantees and Liability

5.1. The Organizer does not guarantee constant and uninterrupted access to the gaming platform and its services in case of technical problems and/or unforeseen circumstances, including: functioning or operation of Internet providers, information servers, banking and payment systems, as well as illegal actions of third parties. The Organizer will make every effort to prevent failures but is not responsible for temporary technical failures and interruptions in the operation of games, regardless of the cause of such violation.

5.2. The participant agrees that the organizer cannot be responsible for the participant's losses arising in connection with illegal actions of third parties aimed at violating the security system of electronic equipment and game databases, or due to failures, suspension or termination of communication channels and networks used to interact with the participant, as well as improper or unreasonable actions of payment systems, as well as third parties.

5.3. The Organizer is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of using or not using by the participant information about the game, game rules and the game itself, and is not responsible for losses or other harm caused by the participant due to their unqualified actions and ignorance of game rules or errors in calculations;

5.4. The participant agrees that they use the gaming platform of their own free will and at their own risk. 5.5. The Organizer is not responsible for the actions of other participants.

5.6. In case of disputes and disagreements on the gaming platform, the organizer's decision is final, and the participant fully agrees with it. All disputes and disagreements arising from this agreement or in connection with it are subject to resolution in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.7. The Organizer does not bear the tax burden on the participant. The participant undertakes to include possible received income in the tax declaration in accordance with the laws of the country of residence.

5.8. The Organizer may make changes to this agreement, the rules of the gaming platform and other documents unilaterally. If changes are made to the documents, the organizer places the latest versions of documents on the gaming platform website. All changes take effect from the moment of placement. The participant has the right to terminate this agreement within 3 days if they do not agree with the changes made. In this case, termination of the agreement is carried out in accordance with clause 5.9 of this agreement. The participant is obliged to regularly visit the official game website in order to familiarize themselves with official documents and news.

5.9. The participant has the right to terminate this agreement unilaterally without preserving the game account. All expenses associated with participation in the game are not compensated or not returned.

5.10. The Organizer has the right to terminate this agreement unilaterally and carry out other actions restricting possibilities in the game against the participant or group of participants involved in alleged violations of the terms of this agreement. All game attributes, gaming inventory located on the account and on the player's account of the participant or group of participants, and all costs are not returned or compensated, except in cases if the organizer deems it appropriate to reimburse the expenses of the participant or group of participants.

5.11. The Organizer and the Participant are released from liability in case of force majeure circumstances which include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, wars, fires, floods, explosions, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government acts or regulatory bodies, hacker attacks, absence, non-functioning or violations of power supply, Internet providers, communication networks or other systems, networks and services. The party encountering such circumstances must notify the other party within a reasonable time and available manner.

5.12. For withdrawal of funds, the Organizer has the right to request account verification documents, which include: an image of an identity document, photo/screenshot of the deposit receipt.

5.13. The Organizer has the right to restrict the payment of funds for the player according to the established withdrawal limits specified in subclauses 5.13.1, 5.13.2, 5.13.3, 5.13.4, 5.13.5, 5.13.6, 5.13.7, 5.13.8 and 5.13.9. The Organizer does not pay interest on existing debts. These conditions do not apply to jackpot winnings offered on the Site.

Other Provisions

7.1. Invalidity of a part or clause (subclause) of this agreement does not entail invalidity of all other parts and clauses (subclauses).

7.2. This Agreement is concluded for the entire period of operation of the gaming platform, that is, for an indefinite period and does not imply the expiration of this agreement.

7.3. By registering and being on the gaming platform, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood and fully accepts the terms of this Agreement, game rules and other official documents.

7.4. The use of temporary (disposable) mailboxes is prohibited, resulting in account deletion and appropriate measures taken. Disposable mail is determined by the site administration. This definition applies to mail delivered to purchased domains, and purchased domains are determined by the site administration.

7.4.1. It is forbidden to register more than one account through the site. Such actions will lead to account balance nullification
